Well that was my first impression of him. TeSi in shadow. I actually thought that was the base stack.

But then I got the sense that Kyle felt comfortable on the giving end of the unequals dynamic, so I thought what he was giving was Fe and the prig was actually TiSe base stack, in TeSi shadow.

But yes, Vincent, this makes sense. And in fact as it proceeds, it seems Kyle's inability to stop instinctively trusting him starts to make the prosecutor very frustrated and uncomfortable.

This sounds like it may very well be right. There may be a hint in 'cat rubbing his leg'. The master should have the higher role in the unequals, not the pet.

And i mean....
He asked Kyle about "shooters video games"...
in the first 15 minutes of his cross-examination...

Seems to me that he has nothing. Or very close to.
And i would be surprised if he didn't end up being Ni polr.

The whole thing is like a gigantic collective Ni polr freak out. And so far he seems rather fit for the role.

(posts crossed, reading up)

And Kyle answered with the gravitas of alpha introverts that have lower slot absolute value Fi and Ni and so they are quite sure, they have objective distance on their sense of metaphysics:

That's not real. It's a game.

The prosecutor seems to be some kind of swaggering FeNi 6 lead with 3 second and 9 last??
So, yeah, he is extremely Threeish and still seems to me at first blush 9>6, but the more it proceeds the more it seems like 6 must lead and the appearance of higher 3/9 is parallel to his 'shadowing'.

So we probably have another triple attached 6 lead TeSi to add to the basket..

Yeah.
I watched a bit more than 2h of the cross-examination and at that point, i'm pretty sure we do.
I'm going to call it a day and i'll watch the rest tomorrow.

I have had my fill that insufferable moron pretending he doesn't know the difference between a potential danger and an imminent threat, and abusing Kyle's inability to explain himself.

I'm pretty sure he will keep spinning and shifting the compass for the remaining hour anyway.

Yeah, he is extremely threeish, but he appears to be sp/so 6w5(7w6) leading to me with 3w2(4w3) and 9w1(8w9) or something.

Hmmm...yah, at a certain point it seems like he knows he has nothing and his strategy is just to exhaust Kyle into saying something incriminating. The odd thing though is he also seems to be exhausting himself. He seems insane by the end of the second. hour. TeSi shadows so badly because how do you concentrate enough in disintegration to do Ti?

At 2:03'33" the defense attorney really does look at Binger like he's lost all his marbles.

Well, he does go in for the kill when it gets to the actual shooting of Rosenbaum, but I agree with this:

The risk [in having him take the stand] was Rittenhouse would get tripped up, rattled or provoked by aggressive questioning from prosecutors and that he would blurt out something that hurt his case. But for most of his some six hours testifying, he was calm, answering questions politely and succinctly. He didn’t wilt or lash back.

This prosecutor underestimates this kid. He thinks he's a lot stupider and weaker than he is. There really are other intelligences than the ones that get you through law school.
