Lorde Redux

It's time to revisit the Lorde thread again and take another stab at completing her full E-type and her ct.

It's been very hard to distinguish--with someone born in 1996 and discovered at a middle school talent show and signed to UMG at twelve when she didn't even think she was a musician--what's attributable to just her youth, what to her anomalous hot house flower life, and what's just her. But at the great old age of her mid-twenties, it starts to get a bit easier to sift out. These are the kinds of things Lorde has to tell us now (lyrics below):

She still seems 4w5 to me. She also still seems clearly sx last and I'm getting more and more compelled to Amy's early suggestion that it's sp/SO and not [so/sp]. It's like she's the international spokesperson for civil society for the weird for Unicef. A good soldier of the genuinely weird. An oxymoron. Her royalty themes may all have been about the lead E type and nothing to do with stacking. She also seems too constrained not to have a 1 fix in that she takes years to finish anything and obsesses over how it will be understood, but energetically too loose to have both 1 and [so/sp]. Also more and more as she gets older, her music (not her life) is just too damn accessible for a 4w5 without synflow high social. Her head still seems like 7 all the way in 6 to me, especially assuming that lead. Ct-wise she's still a pain in the a. and I'm still not convinced she's not TiSe. Here's a recent interview.

Also, this song from Solar Power seems to confirm she must be doing a lot of yoga lest there was any doubt from Secrets from a Girl poses and garments, and from the energy and colors in the beach cavorting in the title number, the album cover (and now her channel avatar) as per the last interview video, and the relationship to solar plexus, sun salutations and kundalini. So her wiry stretchy body probably has to do with this, and this also can amplify impression of sx lastness, but on the other hand she could have taken up soccer, zumba, or weight lifting instead.

That EF thread started two weeks after lockdown started in NYC Vinnie Boy.

This seems to go with my observation that she was probably very aware of the double meaning to 'gladiators' in 'Glory and Gore', though I'd guess the title words were the point of departure.

All of which seems btw very high T, btw, especially for someone who has chromesthesia and has been obsessed with sampling onion rings and with a cooking app.

How did I get here? When I did Julia Kent's ct I thought, of course! Lorde must be FiSe too with those wild eyes...but...it doesn't seem to hold up, despite my having long considered Ne PolR to be a good candidate for Ella/Lorde.

And yes, I know we don't want to contemplate (the horror!) the possibility of a Ti dom 4 but Zen mind, beginner's mind, we have to roll with the punches....

Here's the person UMG talent scout Scott Maclachlan paired her up with to produce the EP The Love Club, which includes Royals. He apparently tried without success to pair her up with songwriters and musicians for some time, during which she started writing her own lyrics, and then this pairing worked out. Little then also 'co-wrote and produced, recorded and mixed' (wiki) all of Pure Heroin. Perhaps it may be useful for ct intertype relations.

She has 7 million Twitter followers and she has deleted all her tweets but she hasn't deleted her account. What you see is what you get..

You get a tally of 0 tweets, a quote, "How we spend our days is of course how we spend our lives", an avatar and a cover with I guess her lying in the road, and a link to her website which gives you the video "Secrets From A Girl" (with the three faces of Lorde), a childish sun. and an ad for Solar Power "starring Lorde".

Talk about hide/reveal and to quote myself, capricious compliance. But I suppose one ought to watch "Secrets from a Girl" with this in mind.

I think they are likely to be business partners, that Lorde is probably FiSe creative with found Te and a pretty heavy Ti role. She always was a trundling little pitbull, despite herself; and certainly not only because she trained in public speaking as a child and became a property at 12. Auburn probably wasn't that far off when he typed her as SeFi.
