I posted those to Anthony when we started with the Zhan Zhuang sessions.
Thought i could as well post them here. Will probably add a few more later.

Sam Chin, master of I Liq Chuan, a "family" style of kung fu of Hakka origin
His ancestors were probably caravan bodyguards.
