I've considered: 3w42w3, stacking sx/SP Wanderer, some other gut (1 or 8 in 7???, not really 9w1), 6w55w4...even 6 lead....none of this seems to work.

But then....for instance....how do we square his typing with say Elvis Presley, who I thought was also triple attached 369 [sx/so] high on the sx, and also 3w2, though definitely 6 all the way in 7...

I mean maybe 6 for Mick is wrong; that discussion shouldn't be off the table. Not as long as this type is colliding with Elvis', for sure.

Something that made Mick Jagger Mick Jagger was that he was always stuck next to the two sphinxish mega sp/sx's: the ghoulish Keith Richards and the mummy-like Charlie Watts. So there was a lot of space in interviews for Mick to 'effervesce for the band'.

Richards is almost certainly a 7 but....I think Watts was a 4 actually.

This impression of Watts is holding up in late interview. He reminds me a lot of my late friend Damien, who was sp/sx 4w53w4-9w11w2-7w66w5. If I'm right, this is what's meant by 'sp 4 is Threeish'. It has to do with an overall veneer, and that's it. What doesn't go away is the impression that everything, moment to moment, is deeply affecting them, that memories are particularly vivid, that everything matters. Polished like 3, but not expedient.

btw the reason Watts doesn't have that much to say about his creative work with the Stones is he was always a jazz drummer, and his work with the Stones was rather more as a 'lourneyman' musician. This is why he tells the first interviewer (above) to ask Mick and Keith--it's not his project (he's had his own jazz projects). It's also part of why he says everybody else changed when he became famous, not him; other people treat him differently, he's still him. But this is also a particularly Fourish take on superstardom if you think about it.

But to get back to 'Mick qua Mick', can we be clear that it was Richards who came up with the riff and lyric, 'I can't get no satisfaction, I can't get no satisfaction, cause I try and I try and I try and I try..." because that's how they usually worked. And well, you would expect that lyrics to come from a jaded 7; But the rest of the song,,,,

I can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no satisfaction
'Cause I try, and I try, and I try, and I try
I can't get no, I can't get no
When I'm driving in my car
When a man come on the radio
He's telling me more and more
About some useless information
Supposed to fire my imagination
I can't get no, oh, no, no, no, hey, hey, hey
That's what I say
I can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no satisfaction
'Cause I try, and I try, and I try, and I try
I can't get no, I can't get no
When I'm watchin' my TV
And a man comes on and tells me
How white my shirts can be
But, he can't be a man 'cause he doesn't smoke
The same cigarettes as me
I can't get no, oh, no, no, no, hey, hey, hey
That's what I say
I can't get no satisfaction
I can't get no girl reaction
'Cause I try, and I try, and I try, and I try
I can't get no, I can't get no
When I'm ridin' 'round the world
And I'm doin' this and I'm signin' that
And I'm tryin' to make some girl, who tells me
Baby, better come back maybe next week
Can't you see I'm on a losing streak?
I can't get no, oh, no, no, no, hey, hey, hey
That's what I say
I can't get no, I can't get no
I can't get no satisfaction, no satisfaction
No satisfaction, no satisfaction
I can't get no
