CT Adult Poll Dance #1 Rick Beato
Re: CT Adult Poll Dance #1
Just watched the latest video. I’m changing my vote for Beato to TeSi.
Re: CT Adult Poll Dance #1
I want to say I honestly don't understand the Te dom for Rick Beato but so far now at least three people are saying it's a very, very strong possibility. So I don't want to discourage other people from moving over to Te but I do want to ask everyone to start thinking about being able to articulate WHY he is, or at least very well could be--or probably isn't/couldn't be--Te dom, for the discussion starting tomorrow.
I do not see it at all. But that doesn't mean I'm right.

I watched the Brian May interview (originally voted FeSi), he still doesn't seem like Fx last to me.
and Fe role, he is cartoony but, still a bit softer than I'd think for it.
I wonder if NeFi (or even SeFi) can be possible, I'll stay with FeSi though for now

Okay, there has been a little confusion here, so everyone just make sure you put your Brian vote on the Freddie thread (or at least on the Freddie thread TOO). The Beato interview is linked there, and other than possible intertype discussion of Brian with Beato, Brian discussion will be on Freddie thread.

Almost finished with the interview, just a preliminary comment:
Throughout, it seems obvious that they're mentally and emotionally indulging together the wonders of the ins and outs of various 'musical styles/techniques,' as well as the story/legend component here. It seemed that this is what Rick Beato was doing on his own in the first video posted in this thread, and between him and May it seems something like mirror relations.
Personally, I could listen to both of these two for hours, especially Brian May—what a cool and interesting person!

Okay, I'm pretty much with -Sarah-. I want to vote "delta extravert" for Beato but I'm leaning much more heavily toward NeFi. My original vote was SiFe, but I just don't think he can be Te PoLR(which I struggled with even as I made that original vote), I don't think he's really alpha quadra (though I had an impulse to put him in it), and it's easier to see him as having Ti and Ni in the ignoring & PoLR slots.

I just watched the video.
I don't think TeSi is an option anymore.
And i doubt he is delta at all.
a TeSi or NeFi would probably have kept that professor job and kept climbing the ladder of the imperial curiculum, imo.
And if they didn't, i suspect they would have told their story hundreds of time.
Also, i don't think his Se can be role or demonstrative, even with creative subtype.
i'm changing my vote to SeFi.
I have to get back to my bank stuff for now.
I'll get back to him tomorrow.

Vincent makes a good a point about delta and the professor job.
He's too interpersonally warm and "puer" for TeSi and I don't get Fe dom or creative for him.
He's too embodied and physically present for NeFi.
The way he relays his personal stories and experiences - this event, then that event happened. Recounting events as they happened like they were being experienced in real-time.
I initially thought he was TeSi with strong Fe role. I know NOTHING about music theory and I don't know how to read music, but I always got the impression that it was extremely technical and detail-oriented. I know any type can be a musician and be skilled at music theory, but it was the way he approaches it. It seemed be protocol oriented but that could be his emphasized Te third (that seemed to get more emphasized with age).
With all this in mind, I need to rewatch and rewatch in full the Brian May/Rick Beato interview and what implications could this be for May's type and their intertype dynamic.
