But I REALLY better start that schedule of block/unblock before I turn into a pumpkin.

Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
I don't think so, but it might very well be a hint about her quadra along with her level of development.
As we discussed on FB, and from what i've seen today, i believe she is FeNe.
She sounds like a child talking about a fairy tale.
Ni polr seems almost guaranteed.
And her "i rest my case" can't be frame. It really has to be role.
So yeah, your conflictor. And i strongly suspect she is a jumper.
I mean her Si is so off it sometimes sounds it could be polr.
She obviously doesn't know anything about the case and she clearly won't bother.
She will just keep babbling candy-coated talking points.
(Also in case anyone is wondering, the France she is talking about exists somewhere between Magonia and Narnia. Only in her imagination).
Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
My feed's been very quiet in that I've only seen one bad thing about Kyle which I smashed, one questioning his mother's actions, and nothing else about this case for the last couple of days. I don't think I'm not a factor because this is unusual and also someone posted on my thread that I haven't interacted with in years. So I do think people are seeing these posts.
I added to the nesting dolls thread but I also made one new op. If you like my stuff it gives more visibility (even more if you post under it). I think I am able now to focus on my sp duties in 'the real world' because this is enough for now for me.
* * *
Rittenhouse of Cards
.
.
I'm going to address the three videos with Kyle in them from prior to the trial that everyone on the left's been talking about that weren't admitted as evidence. Not in this post, but I'm on it. So no, I don't. I don't think Kyle's a saint. I don't even think he should be beatified. But I do think if God were a human resources manager and this were in the Cards Fall Corporation, all the employees, the living and the dead--Rittenhouse, Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreuz--would now have a warning in their file.
.
And we would all move on with the business of creating and destroying the universe with every breath we take. Which we could anyway, but we won't, we don't, because we're being trained to be ossified into believing that we are ALWAYS on the side of the creative whenever it comes to anywhere near politics. We are not, and I really don't think it's possible for this trial to have a truly fair outcome; I don't think its circumstances, it facts, allow this. The case itself has what the Greek dramatists called a 'tragic flaw'; it is preordained to a tragic outcome, whatever the verdict may be.
.
And that tragic outcome obviously won't be limited to the people involved and their loved ones due to its enormous political dimensions--most likely especially if it were to wind up on appeal in SCOTUS. Be careful what you wish for, as I said. A conviction doesn't even legally mean the case is over.
.
Who's really on trial here is America. No, not that America, the one over there, that is bathed in the sin of a white supremacy that won't be cleansed unless this schlemiel of a kid and his medical bag get life in prison in the open carry state of Wisconsin.
The real America. The one that is you, and you, and you and them and us and me. Masu-Kenoja, as I said, means gathering of the Great Lakes trouts in Ojibwa. Or anyway so it is said. And there in Kenosha we were all gathered.
And here we are.

Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
Just watched this, about the drone video clusterfuck.
And it really doesn't look good for the prosecution.
Everything the defense says from 17'02'' to 21'04'' can be checked and proven quite easily.
Just by looking at the metadatas of the file.
On the other hand the prosecution's explanations makes no sense at all, technically.
Even if files are compressed in size from Iphone to Android, image resolution and file names doesn't change on their own.
Well, unless Norns want a mistrial, i guess.
Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
hmmm...well idk Vincent.
First off if your top priority is life and property overall, the worst outcome atm I THINK is acquittal, because then the lunatics will go native and damage will be done whether the Blue Church allows it or not, just with less or more of it coming from the National Guards and such. Whereas a hung jury is just a hung jury and mostly Kyle and family suffer until the new trial comes.
Of course one may have other top priorities, such as establishing in realm incarnate the Word: He is innocent. And so what chaos comes out of that is already in the fires of purification so to say.
A heavy sentence will get a mistrial for sure but any gets an appeal. Judge already said yesterday he won't declare a mistrial before the verdict because they've gotten up to here and since the verdict could be acquittal why not wait instead of having to start a brand new trial? Fair point!
The purpose of the drone stuff is to introduce the question he did not act in self-defense so then he has no defense. Pointing pistol at Rosenbaum says prosecution shows provocation. However this is not the case really. Once you stop provoking if you're attacked you're not responsible. So this seems weak? And anyway "the Internet" asks how did Kyle become left-handed and says it is the light from the car not the gun.
I'm not really concerned about that, I'm concerned about someone being the stickler for "why did he shoot after Rosenbaum was not a threat?" He's the only one who had no actual weapon. But since he couldn't be tried in juvenile court in Wisconsin and the penalty is way too severe I just feel someone may want to give him the reckless endangerment and get people on their side and get a hung jury or even push it through.

Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
I never underestimate the treachery of Manichaean liberals anymore, and there is almost sure to be one in the batch.
This is what Barnes was most upset about too, when defense stopped taking his and his volunteer team's advice right before jury selection.
Jury selection. Barnes knew from the get-go the most crucial element here was jury selection. Barnes actually has a license to practice in Wisconsin, he used to live there, he knows it really well, he felt for various reasons he and his team would be much better at jury selection.
Now already Viva said today the contentious juror seems to be #5 and #5 is the foreman. He and Barnes think that from inside info they got about how the foreman sent a request to the judge. This is not strange imo--the Manichaeans WOULD want to be the foreman too.
I hope that made sense? So many factors here.

Full aquittal, folks. I was expecting hung jury by yesterday, but I definitely knew full acquittal was more likely than homicide.
You know who's really brave? Independent of whatever people would like the verdict to be.
The jurors. Because now their identities will be made public.

Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
Concurrent to the Rittenhouse trial was the trial of the killers of Arbery in Georgia. So concurrent that the judge gave his interpretation of the ambiguously written law concerning parameters for this citizens arrest on the same Friday the RIttenhouse verdict was delivered. The interpretation utterly destroyed defense's case, ensuring a conviction. Defense requested time to consider and rebut before the judge delivered his instructions to the jury. They got it but didn't change anything and on Monday the judge gave the jury the instructions; on Wednesday the jury decided.
So basically for me, with my rainbow coalition of dastardly white supremacist youtube lawyers, both trials ended the same day. And there were a lot of other parallels. They both involve a death that happened when someone lunged at a gun, they're both racially charged and highly politicized, and the dropping of the underage gun possession charge in Kyle's case also involved interpreting what the judge called a 'confusing' law. But most of all, what's parallel is how staggeringly different both cases were from the soundbytes they were portrayed as in the media.
Barnes doesn't agree with how the judge in Georgia interpreted the law in question and the defense was stunned when he did so because their entire case had been based on the ambiguity, so I'm pretty sure if he had not interpreted there would have been a hung jury.

Re: Roshanak's Political Peepenscheíßeschau
So Tyson James is a white dude culturally appropriating rap music, eh?
But seriously, this goes to the crux of the problem. We have to look at the 1/7 E. oscillation; it's of extraordinary import now. It was JP and Haydt who first really got me to thinking about the liberal and conservative temperaments and how they're supposed to counterbalance each other in politics. I had this thought:
Liberal correlates to 7 and conservative to 1. (7 also correlates VERY highly to Ne and 1 VERY highly to Si). Octavio Paz might call this 'the dialectic between the open and the closed'. The endlessly open should be able to envision the closed, because the closed is part of the infinite. But the closed by definition can't envision the endlessly open. And so true liberals are responsible for understanding the 'other side' just because they CAN and conservatives can't.
Of course many people fall in between but my point is Tyson James is right. The side responsible for the real forcing here is the ones who are killing with kindness, not the ones who own the most guns.
