Type Alan Watts using only this video and whatever you happen to know about him from readings, videos, etc. Don't go back to previous sources or look for new ones. I was watching the video when I missed the vote and thought the poll was going to end at 10:59 pm my time (the poll date and Chicago time have [definitely] been the same before, which is why I thought I had the extra hour). The votes I had already clicked were 7w6, 137, so/sp, TeNi. My more complete typing was so/SP-->sp/sx 7w6-3w4-1w9 TeNi, but I was still stuck between TeNi and TiSe (albeit leaning toward the former). tbcd

For starters I read Watts decades ago and there was something of a minor consensus on eidb c. 2011 that he was a Four (but I did not go back to check him out at that time). Then in the more recent years I happened upon some short video of him that I barely recall from when he was a lot older, and thought he could be a 4-fixed 7w6. This is what I told Anthony when iirc he asked me a few months ago if he was a 5? ?
But then the other day I decided to look into it further and the OP here was the first thing I watched. At the beginning he really hit me as a 641 [sp/sx] with a heavy 5 factor, and NiTe--which went against a LOT of what I remembered of him--but I couldn't reconcile that 5 factor with what really did seem to be the stacking (not walled in enough, yet not open enough for say 6w7...he really did not seem 7 lead to me). By the time I was finished with that video with all the talk about the universe basically faking it til it makes it, I had moved the 4 to 3w4 and the NiTe to TeNi--and it was impossible for me to say just how much of the original 4 typing was due to residual suggestibility from eidb.
So I kind of had him as a counterflow Peterson, while at the same time still feeling with 6w5 and now 3w44w5 that configuration was still 'too walled in', too much 5 AND [sp/sx]. Then I read his wikipedia article and saw that he called himself a 'philosophical entertainer' rather than an academic even when lecturing at colleges, and I realized that what I had been seeing was an act, a 'schtick', that might not quite be 'him' at all. Which made sense to me considering what I thought I knew of him from actually reading him long ago. Sooo...

...and awaaaay we goooo...
Type him using just this series posted by his son, the previous video, his wiki article, and whatever you happen to know about him. Due the Saturday a week from tomorrow at noon New York time. Just vote below on the thread then. (But Vincent, we still need to talk about my time settings for the polls etc.) If you feel you're ready to vote before then let us know in the chat and we'll see.

Allan Watts Ne PolR?
That was the main thing stopping me from going with TiSe. I also compared him to Sam Harris and a few other TiSe, and no, Alan Watts is not Ti dominant.
I asked if you Alan Watts was a 1, not a 5. I hadn't considered 5 until I watched the OP video. My tentative typing for him then was so/SP 1w9-7w6-3w4, not having seen all that much of him. Now, I'd change that to 7w6(6w5)-3w4(4w5)-1w9(2w1), and I see what you guys mean about sp/sx. To me, he seems right in between so/SP<-->SP/sx...but there DOES feel something incipiently dangerous about him, to borrow Roshan's phrase.
But this typing with TeNi is practically identical to Ben Shapiro’s...and that seems off.

Well, i've been wiggling (pun intended) with a few alternatives, especially for the lead E-type, but the time is running out and at the moment,i'm pretty much back where i was.before .
I'm going to keep my sp/sx 7w6, 137, TeNi vote.

Sticking with 7w6(6w5)-3w4(4w5)-1w9(2w1), I think it’s SP/sx, TeNi, and I’m not sure about the order of the last two fixes.

Well, technically I still couldn't VOTE because I looked at a lot of Internet typings of him carefully before I put him up, and one comment made a very big impression on me, but my opinion is 5w4, 359, [so/sp], NeTi, with massive NiTe aura and also very balanced wings.
With him being all, and I mean all, about Holy Transparency, and in the second video post the similarities with the NeTi's we know best I thought rather obvious.

His main point that "We are IT", which comes out in the second video post as we are some kind of convergence in a giant brain, is the 'as power' version of Fi PolR. We are everything but ourselves.
